Golf

Created by Donald Steel in 1994 and recently enhanced by renowned designers Mackenzie + Ebert, Minthis Hills’ 18-hole championship course is a golfer’s paradise. Its new signature hole is characteristic of the golf course – challenging, dramatic and enjoyable for all abilities.

Surrounded by vineyards and orchards and overlooking an unspoilt panorama of rolling hills and deep blue sea, the course features a magnificent elevated driving range with 16 booths and dramatic mountain views.   Its large purpose built clubhouse, under construction now, provides an introduction into the design concept of the residences and serves as a focal point for the whole of Minthis Hills.

Whether you want to kickstart your morning with a rich Greek coffee or unwind with a cocktail as the sun slips into the sea, the clubhouse offers a variety of choice, including a cocktail bar, sports bar, lounge bar and members’ lounge.

The popular clubhouse will be joined by private dining facilities, plus a taverna in the village center of the resort.

Amalthia - 4 Bedrooms

Entry is upstairs via a footbridge over the large private courtyard. Floor to ceiling glass provides natural light and stunning views the length of the house. A large open plan dining room, lounge and kitchen continue this spacious feel,
with the master suite incorporating a walkthrough wardrobe and huge bathroom with views. Downstairs, a glass corridor and patio run through the centre of the house and can be opened up to the pool and garden, turning inside into outside.

Electra - 4 Bedrooms

Entry is on the top level, where views from the lounge stretch out across the infinity swimming pool, disappearing into the stunning horizon. The kitchen looks over the same view, partially separated from the other rooms. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and the traditional internal courtyard continues the inside/outside theme. Downstairs are 3 of the bedrooms, as well as optional sauna room and wine cellar.

Petra - 4 Bedrooms

Entry is on the top floor, where glass walls let in an abundance of natural light creating the feeling of being outside while being inside. The partially separated kitchen, lounge and dining room can be opened up straight onto the patio and infinity pool. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms almost has its own wing, looking into the private courtyard, from where a covered terrace runs through the centre of the house. The large optional sauna room and wine cellar add to its attraction.

Minthis Hills, 3 Bedroom Villas

Callisto - 3 Bedrooms

Sit downstairs in your private courtyard and look through the lobby out over your infinity swimming pool to your view. With each bedroom almost in its own wing, privacy is ensured and the optional sauna room and wine cellar add that special touch. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light, with stunning views upstairs from the lounge, and partially separated kitchen, through the dining room to the patio.

Cleone - 3 Bedrooms

Entry is downstairs, where the private courtyard can be opened up so that it becomes part of the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. This then has a view across the patio and infinity pool to the scenery beyond. All the bedrooms have their own wing, with those upstairs separated by a veranda. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and provide stunning views.

Echo - 3 Bedrooms

Artemis - 3 Bedrooms

A single storey villa, or bungalow, this has a huge courtyard, with water feature, that can be opened up into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. This in turn can be opened up onto the patio and infinity pool, creating the feeling of being outside while being inside.

Harmonia - 3 Bedrooms

A single storey villa, or bungalow, this is designed so that as you walk through the front door, the infinity swimming pool stretches out before you, coming inside the house. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and enable virtually all rooms to be opened up to bring outside in and vice versa.

Danae - 1 bedroom guest house

If you’re looking for more than 4 bedrooms, or would like a separate guest house, granny flat or maids quarters, then Villa Danae is the answer. It has a separate entrance, with its own ensuite bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.

This guest house can be added to the other designs to provide another bedroom. This option is only available on certain plots.
