Entry is on the top level, where views from the lounge stretch out across the infinity swimming pool, disappearing into the stunning horizon. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and the traditional internal courtyard continues the inside/outside theme. Downstairs are 3 of the bedrooms, as well as optional sauna room and wine cellar.

Entry is on the top floor, where glass walls let in an abundance of natural light creating the feeling of being outside while being inside. The partially separated kitchen, lounge and dining room can be opened up straight onto the patio and infinity pool. Downstairs, one of the bedrooms almost has its own wing, looking into the private courtyard, from where a covered terrace runs through the centre of the house. The large optional sauna room and wine cellar add to its attraction.
Callisto - 3 Bedrooms

Entry is downstairs, where the private courtyard can be opened up so that it becomes part of the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. This then has a view across the patio and infinity pool to the scenery beyond. All the bedrooms have their own wing, with those upstairs separated by a veranda. A single storey villa, or bungalow, this is designed so that as you walk through the front door, the infinity swimming pool stretches out before you, coming inside the house. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and enable virtually all rooms to be opened up to bring outside in and vice versa.
Danae - 1 bedroom guest house
If you’re looking for more than 4 bedrooms, or would like a separate guest house, granny flat or maids quarters, then Villa Danae is the answer. It has a separate entrance, with its own ensuite bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.
This guest house can be added to the other designs to provide another bedroom. This option is only available on certain plots.
