Callisto - 3 Bedrooms

With each bedroom almost in its own wing, privacy is ensured and the optional sauna room and wine cellar add that special touch. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light, with stunning views upstairs from the lounge, and partially separated kitchen, through the dining room to the patio.

Cleone - 3 Bedrooms

Entry is downstairs, where the private courtyard can be opened up so that it becomes part of the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area. This then has a view across the patio and infinity pool to the scenery beyond. All the bedrooms have their own wing, with those upstairs separated by a veranda. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and provide stunning views.

Echo - 3 Bedrooms

Entry is upstairs via a footbridge over the large private courtyard.  Floor to ceiling glass provides natural light and stunning views the length of the house.  A large open plan dining room, lounge and kitchen continue this spacious feel, with the master suite incorporating a walkthrough wardrobe and huge bathroom with views.  Downstairs, a glass corridor and patio run through the centre of the house and can be opened up to the pool and garden, turning inside into outside.

Artemis - 3 Bedrooms

A single storey villa, or bungalow, this has a huge courtyard, with water feature, that can be opened up into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. This in turn can be opened up onto the patio and infinity pool, creating the feeling of being outside while being inside.

Harmonia - 3 Bedrooms

A single storey villa, or bungalow, this is designed so that as you walk through the front door, the infinity swimming pool stretches out before you, coming inside the house. Glass walls let in an abundance of natural light and enable virtually all rooms to be opened up to bring outside in and vice versa.

Danae - 1 bedroom guest house

If you’re looking for more than 4 bedrooms, or would like a separate guest house, granny flat or maids quarters, then Villa Danae is the answer. It has a separate entrance, with its own ensuite bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and terrace.

This guest house can be added to the other designs to provide another bedroom. This option is only available on certain plots.
